Cooking Class Schedule 

Fall is here, school has started and I’m ready to cook.  Hope you can join me for my last-ever series of classes. I will continue to teach private classes for groups – among my favorites are bridal showers, birthday parties, and couples dinner parties.

 

 

 

 

Brunch with Friends or Breakfast for Dinner 

Wednesday, November 7  6 pm  $50 – 8 spots available

 Tuesday, November 27    6 pm  $50 – waiting list only

Thursday, November 29  10 am $50 – waiting list only

These recipes can be used for either occasion and are among my favorites.  Shrimp and Grits; Red Pepper, Potato and Prosciutto Frittata; Chicken and Waffles; Homemade Breakfast Sausage, and Perfectly Poached Eggs. A bonus is my famous never-before-shared scone recipe.

 

Registration Info

Classes are priced individually. Each class is limited to 12 participants (unless otherwise noted). Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a space, please call (979-324-6042) or email (pchefdiane@aol.com) for availability and then mail payment to Diane Lestina (at 819 Pine Valley Drive, College Station 77845) with your name, address, phone number and the names of the class/classes you would like to take. You may also  pay using PayPal. To do so – please email me with the class topics and dates you are registering for and click the PayPal Button and enter the amount for the number of classes you are registering for.




Classes may be cancelled if there are fewer than 8 participants. Please note you are not registered until I have received payment.

If you need to cancel, the sooner the better, but you must cancel at least 3 days before the class to receive a refund or credit towards another class. You are welcome to send a friend in your place if you are unable to cancel in time.
