Chicken:

Greek Chicken with Capers and Golden Raisins in Feta Sauce
Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas -Chicken Strips, Black Beans, Jack Cheese, and Red Bell Peppers in a Mexican Salsa rolled in Flour Tortillas and topped with Cheese and Picante served with Roasted Corn Medley.
Chicken Brie - Sautéed Chicken Breasts are topped with mushrooms and asparagus and finished with a delicate Brie wine sauce served over angel hair pasta.
Balsamic Vinegar Chicken with Almond Peppers - A zesty colorful mixture of plump raisins, toasted almonds and sweet red and yellow peppers - on top of breadcrumb and parmesan coated chicken breasts.
